Working at height leaves no room for shortcuts. The safety of our crew, your team and the public comes before anything else, and it's built into how we plan, build and look after every scaffold.

Site-specific safety plansAn SSSP for every site, covering the hazards, controls and people specific to that job.
Task analysis (JSAs)High-risk tasks are broken down step by step, with risks identified and controlled before work starts.
Toolbox talksRegular toolbox talks keep the whole crew briefed on site conditions, hazards and the plan for the day.
Scaff tag inspectionsEvery scaffold is tagged and inspected, and checked weekly while on hire, so you always know it's safe to use.
WorkSafe notificationsWe notify WorkSafe of notifiable scaffolding work, as the law requires, before we start.
Qualified, trained crewsOur scaffolders are qualified and trained, and led by a founder with over 15 years in the industry.

We also handle council corridor access requests and temporary traffic management, and we work with trusted specialist contractors for traffic management and powerline protection.

TGS Scaffolding was founded in 2021 by Gary, a qualified scaffolder with more than 15 years in the industry.

Our name is our promise: The Golden Standard, on every job. We're a reliable, dedicated crew delivering efficient scaffolding for residential, commercial and industrial projects, and we also contract out qualified staff to cover shortages or join your team to finish a project on time. Much of our work comes from clients who come back to us.
